WCARC Annual Picnic
Sherwood Park, Juniper Shelter
8 September 2018 – 3:00 to 7:00 pm
The WCARC Members Club Picnic is Saturday September 8th from 3-7pm. Hot Dogs and Burgers, Buns, condiments, plates and plastic ware will be provided. Please bring a dish to share with the club members.
(Please remember – no glassware)
It is assumed that our club will gain access to the shelter around 3:00 pm. It will take us a few minutes to set up the necessities for cooking. There should be adequate seating at the picnic tables under the shelter however, you may wish to bring your favorite folding chairs, beverages of your choice and utensils for your passed dish (if needed).
Please bring some radio gear and related fun stuff so we can have plenty of interaction. We can all learn something and everyone is happy to see something new, reminisce about something old or just talk about a specific area of the hobby you are excited about. This is a good chance to make some new friends and visit with current ones.
Please note that glass is not allowed in the park, no smoking is allowed and any alcohol must be 3.2% or lower.
